Balance deduction

I am Hitesh Kaushik.and my number is 8882774410.
My balance got deduct on 26/02/2013 at the time i was using internet.while i was having net pack n data also.
I talked to reliance customer care centre n lodge my complaint.They accepted my complaint n told me that my balance will be covered under 48 hours.And gave me my complaint id 198949428.
Now after 96 hours when i am asking for the refund money they are telling that the complaint is closed and there will not be any amount which is reversed.
Please help me out for this.waiting for your positive result.
