Balance deducted unnecessarily

I had activated aircel to aircel free pack of rupees 95. on the second day of recharge when I called a aircel no. then my balance was deducted. Then I called aircel complain helpline no. 198. but they also could not resolve my problem. and my balance contunied deducted a aircel no. next day I called again on 198 this time customer care executive consoled me that if anything had gone wrong due to technical problem then they will return my balance and further my balance will not be deducted for aircel call.
After all this again my problem not be resolved. they continued my balance deducted even for aircel calls and did not returned my balance. After all this they deducted all my balance leaving 85 paise unnecessarily without my knowledge or without any phone call or message.

Now I am afraid of calling that If I recharge my no. again and make any phone call on aircel no. they will cut my balance again.

My 95 rupees was vested unnecessarily

Please help me to resolve this problem.
