balance deducted Rs. 200/-

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

I have recharged yesterday evening for Rs.200 my tata dococmo number 8008325705 and in the mid night my balance has become Zero again in the morning it has became Rs. 13. I had to make a call urgently as my relative was hospitalise and i was unable to call anyone as it was midnight 12:30AM. very irritated with docomo service like this. i need my balance to be credited in to my a/c as the earliest. when i called custome care they are giving bla bla bla reasoning for deduction.
Please Resolve ASAP.
