balance deducted query

Name of company/service: MTS (Mobile)

Respected sir,

i am sandip sarvaiya. i bought MTS Sim card… i talked 120 minutes and i have proof of it.. but the company deducted 124 minutes… so i have to complain regarding the balance against MTS company.. and guide how to take action again’s the company.. company told me this is the unlimited plan for month but they give 150 minutes per day. so i hope u take a action again’s the company
