balance deducted on 5 feb 2013 at 10.30 am for no reason

Idea company says that on 5 feb u dialled on some 5 digit no. & therefore Rs. 76 have been deducted.
1st & the foremost “no” number was dialled from my phone on that time & date. I hardly know such no. leaving 10 digit mobile nos.

can tally & check out to, even phone was kept away at that time & date, if ever phone buttons were accidentally pressed.

It’s a completely fake & wrong means to seize money that too a big amount
