Balance deducted in my uninor sim without my permission and not getting any help?

Dear Sir,
I adya prasad maurya user of uninor service from 2737, subashnagar G.H.B. kanakpur kansad Sachin Surat (Gujarat). I want to draw your attention here that on date 19/06/2012 at 11:03:24 AM a message came on my uninor sim (8401308399) that “Hi you have successfully activated My Movies Service at rs. 7.0. Your subscription is valid for 7 days and will be auto-renewed at maximum rs 7.0. to deactivate dial 777 (TOLL FREE) from uninor mobile” so according to Uninor service I had activated 7 rs Movies service plan but in-fact I had not activated any Movies service plan and when I contacted to uninor costumer care they told that call to Toll free no 777 on uninor sim and if you are eligible to get your balance back then only you will get your balance back. But I did not got my balance back and when I called costumer care again and told him that I did not got my balance back costumer care told that we cannot help in this matter to get your balance back. So it is my humble request to you that there is no need of any type of other Movies Service on my uninor sim (8401308399) to be activated. It is strictly noticed not to activate without any information to me. Deducted 7 rs balance should be credited to my account +918401308399
