Balance deduct without service activation by me

Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO

With regard my last complaint as on 28 july 2012……i m also file a complaint against my balance deduction?

I m so irretated with TATA DOCOMO who cheated me again n again n again n again…….ie….they cheated me day by day now a days.

When i talk to customer care thay inform me ki mene ye service activate ki hai jabki mene koi service activate nhi ki hai.

And when i req to customer care to deactivate service thay don’t deactivate……n…..again deduct my balance……..n thay don’t send me any activation or deactivation msg.

Now a days thay deduct me 5 rs per day…….aur jab bhi me customere care me ph karke bolta hu ki mere no ki sari service deactivate kar do
Then thay again cheated me.

I think now i will take a action against DOCOMO…….and to file a complaint in consumer court n TRAI.

Customer is a god to Company………but DOCOMO cheated our customer.

So i have only 2 option (if DOCOMO not refund my ALL the balance jo ki approx RS 300 HAI.) ……….file to suit n port my no with IDEA……..cz IDEA is not cheated our customer.
