Name of company/service: Aircel
Today about 7.34 pm I received a message from aircel that ” congratulation your dialor tone has been activated, you will be charge Rs 30/- per month, to unsubscribe sms DT DACT to 53000(toll free)”
then I did the same msg to deactivate, but it was charge to me @ Rs 3/-
my problem is if they told me that it is toll free then why they deduct my money and their customer care executive told me to go Aircel store. Why I go to Aircel store , Was he not for my help?
need solution against company.
