Balance deducated – unable to use service

I use a SIM of Pune in the name of my brother(Rajat Maheshwari). My mobile no. is – 8928537630. This is Reliance prepaid SIM no.

I wanted to activate mobile internet plan on my handset (Samsung Ace – GT-S5830i) and so I called Reliance Customer Care ( *333) to enquire about the same. A lady named ‘Durgawati’ spoke to me when i asekd her about the plans. I wanted to know the details of the Rs.51(14/15 days mobile internet plan of 1GB) and so i asked about that plan amd without my confirmation, the lady activated the plan.

I was OK with it that she activated because i wanted to use the services anyways. But when i received the settings and saved on my handset, I was not able to use the internet. And i called *333 again and told my problem and they again gave me the settings and i repeated the above process.

I was not able to use the service but the balance from my phone was deducted on 20th July 2012 after the lady activated the plan. I called again on 21st July and told my problem, then some person lodged a complaint. The complaint no. is – 183644013. Since then I was calling daily and the only day when i didnt call customer care was 27th July. Till now i am not able to use the mobile internet services. and when i called today i was told that your complaint has been resolved.

I was told multiple times when i called daily (from 21st July – 26th July ) that you will receive a call from our technical head to resolve the problem and your problem would be solved in a day. On 21st July i was told that your complaint would be resolved in 72 hours. When i called on 24th July, then too my complaint was not resolved. Despite calling daily, my complaint was not resolved. I wanted to get my Rs.51 back and when I called 198 (on 28th July, today)and told them my problem, they said we dont have the authority to refund your money back.

Companies like these fool the customers by their poor service and waste customers time and money. And the most problematic thing is the mental torture and agony that i had to face while calling everyday at the customer care and wasting my 25-40 mins talking to those customer care people.

I request you to please take action the company so that other customers can be saved from the company’s poor service and customer grievance handling. And also I want to get my Rs. 51 back. Today is 28th ( half the duration of the 14/15days mobile internet plan has been gone, and i am not able to use the internet. I don’t have the patience anymore to call the customer service everyday and listen to the same things again and again). Please look into my complaint, thats a humble request.

I have the call logs saved, I can show you how much time have i called daily between (20th July-26th July and today 28th July as a proof). I never received any call from the reliance technical team. I have the messages also saved on my phone.
