Balance Cuts.

Location/place: Bangalore, India.

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

I’ve been using tata docomo for a long time now. Every now and then, my balance gets deducted for services I haven’t activated. I call the customer care, only to get the typical there’s nothing we can do crap. Just today, on the 18th of September, 2012, I got a 61 rupee balance deduction. I called the CC twice, one CC executive said I’d activated the “Night Masti” pack while another one said I’d activated the “Laughter pack”. I checked what services I have active by calling the Activation/ Deactivation portal and there was NO service active. Will there ever be an end to this? I’m sick of the pathetic condition on complaint redressal. Please do provide a refund, cuz the first CC executive said it’d be done, while the other said thats not possible. So can the CC executives say whatever they want to, just to get me off the line? I’m sick pf this. Please, look into it and if possible, I want a refund.
