Balance cut by providing undemanded service

Name of company/service: TATA Docomo

Hello sir,
I have been cheated by TATA Docomo(8147704150), they have been cutting my balance by subscribing undemanded offers. I have called so many times to customer care and even i talked to floor manager about this but did’nt get the solution. They have a tendency to cut customers balance accordingly to their mobile balance.

I have already applied to PORT this number then i got call from them to cancel this and they will refund my full amount. But again they started cutting my balance and they didn’t refund a single ruppes as they promised.
