balance being deducted unnecessarily and inadequate behaviour of customer care representative

I recharged my phone with 135rs on 28th march 2013 at 9:30pm and i got 150MB OF FREE DATA with it i haven’t used that balance yet but whenever i turn on internet on my phone i am being charged for it and my balance gets deducted i have called customer care many times and they also repeat that i have 150MB of free data left but they are not doing anything regarding the unnecessary deduction of balance as a result i cannot use internet on my phone now also the customer care executives are very rude and imploite
