It has been a horrifying experience with the balaji electronics and also the bajaj finserv people working over there. I ordered a samsung 55 inches tv 4k resolution and paid initially 36425 rupees and opted for the emi option for the rest of the money and they took all the documents for the address verification and then asked us to wait for two days and they would deliver the product. when i tried to call the people they were very rude and asked to wait for the tv. we waited and when we visited the show room they say that it is rejected and we were informed that that proof we gave was incompetent and when asked for reason they said it is because we do not stay at our residence. i told them that it was not informed by your executive that we were suppose to give the address of we staying currently after loads of heated discussion they asked us to provide the address proof of the other house where we were staying then after providing they asked us to wait for one day and two days and then three days have been passed and they say that yet the status have not been updated. and now they have started taunting and saying that it is not a small amount you have to wait we ordered this for an event and now we are blunt and this guys are not properly responding to us. pathetic service by the balaji electronics and the bajaj finserv people. would appreciate if a strict action could be taken against this people so that no other family experiences such an embarrassing situation.
