Hello i m Pritesh Patel. My mobile no is 9722221651 n its service provider is docomo. This compo y always deduct my bal rong reasion n when i call at cust. Care they said u dwnlad chrgble cntent but that time my was idel. 2times i visite them store n fight wid dem bt no responce. 2nd time i m der one of the officer waz der n he ragister my request n give my bal back 38.10 on 28/12/12 but today again i qa
Wake up n see my i again see 49rs deduct …. so its enough is enough juat breif me hw can i take legal action againest tata docomo.

No need to take legal action . I am also facing that.
The customer care (121) will never help. You need to complain to the customer care online ([email protected]) they are not so rude as compared to the 121 executives.
