I placed an order on Bag it Today on 28th May 2013 for a pair of shoes for which I made an online payment of Rs 1098 (Rs 999 + Rs 99 for delivery charges).
In spite of repeated follow ups the product was not delivered. Finally I got an email on 8th July stating that the product cannot be delivered, hence they need my confirmation on email to give me a Store Credit Note for Rs 1098. I gave this confirmation on 10th July.
Since then, I have been following up with them on email and over the phone. All I get is assurances, but no credit note. Its 7th August 2013 now and I am yet to receive the credit note.
I wonder how many such customers they are cheating in a similar manner. I dont have the time from my office to go to a consumer court to recover Rs 1098. However, I am fed up talking to them again and again and hope that this forum will help me in some way.
