I HAD GIVEN MY HCL ME U1 TABLET TO HCL SERVICE CENTER AT VAKOLA SANTACRUZ EAST, NAME OF THE SERVICE CENTER IS PATHS ENTERPRISE, FOR THE FAULTY BATTERY PROBLEM THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL GIVE THE TABLET AFTER TWO DAYS, AFTER THREE DAYS THE STAFF MS ARCHANA CALL ME SAYING THE TABLET IS READY YOU CAN COLLECT IT, SO THE NEXT DAY I CALL PATHS ENTERPRISES TO CONFORM IS THE PC READY A GAY PICKUP THE PHONE HE TOLD ME THAT ARCHANA IS BUSY YOU CAN COLLECT THE TABLET, AS I WENT TO THE SERVICE CENTER TO COLLECT THE TABLET I MET ARCHANA SHE STARTED TELLING ME A NEW PROBLEM THAT THE LCD IS BAD WE HAVE TO CHANGE THE LCD AND THE LCD HAS NO WARRANTY YOU HAVE TO PAY RS 2500 FOR THE LCD, I SAID I WILL PAY .THIS WAS BEFORE 8 DAY BUT TILL NOW SHE IS GIVING RUBBISH REASON FOR THE DELAY AND TILL NOW THERE IS NO SING OR A CALL FROM PATHS ENTERPRISES FO THE TABLET. I CALL THE TOLL FREE NUMBER THE GAVE MR MILIND AHIRE NUMBER THAT IS 9867128880 . BUT THIS NUMBER IS COMING BUSY THROUGH OUT THE DAY, HID DESIGNATION IS A.S.P ( AUTHORIZED SERVICE PARTNER ) I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO GET THE TABLET BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
