sir,
i had bought a nokia 3500 classic from mobile store.it was not working properly so i had gone to nokia care deoghar for software update but the main manager told his engineer to damage my phone.after that my phone got dead and i several times went to nokia care but the manager didnot service my phone.till now i know that nokia care is for service of customer for nokia phones not for other company phones.But this nokia care centre deoghar works not on service to customer but their aim is how to earn illegal money.i want to tell u that if u r not taking strict action then i have to go to higher complain.
