Bad Services of voltas air conditioner

Name of company/service: voltas air conditioner

I was facing problem of faulty AC remote, regarding this I launched a complaint on VOLTAS customer care on April’2014 after that some local Voltas service boy came to me and bring my remote for service but still I will not get my remote back.
Name of authorized dealer is Varun conditioners (Distt. Palwal –Haryana)
After that I had made so many complaints to Voltas customer care and they have not given any satisfactory answer till date, neither have they provide me any solution nor they get my AC remoteback.
I have some complaint no’s as well.
Below mentioned are some complaint no’s

Kindly Take some appropriate action on the same.
