SIR,i am using data card of tata photon plus,from the very first day of using the data card m regularly getting deduction in my mobile balance even after taking a package of 950/-@5GB,there is always a problem of connection error,the customer care says “sir there is some problem in our system or network,just be online and then they says sir major problem of network,we’ll call u back”,n then nuthing happened,the problem is as it is,my photon plus number is 9212240129,even after paying advance for service,it says you have current outstanding of 985/- from 15th june to 15 july,if this company cann’t provide quality services to their clients,so what are they doing the market,my name is vishal choudhary,phone number is 8802263447,if possible then take some action against this companies chairperson
