I joseph gonslaves holding an a/c with tikona wireless broadband is facing difficulty from day one.They took almost 2 weeks to install the cable and the techinican who came at my place was rude and also provided my wrong terms and condition i did complain to tikona abt it but no action was taken i still gave them a chnace and used the services .On 11th august 2012 i had paid rs 2000 with regards to WIfi router, the technican that came to my place installed a faulty router in 2hrs the router stopped working and immediately called the customer helpline to complain they told me that they will send a techician to my place but until today no one arrived i have called the customer care several time but no action has been taken i did inform them to either install a new router or refund the money on my next bill they agreed but when i called back they informed me that they will not refund the money nor they will send a techican .Whenevr i called the customer care team they tranfer me from one dept to another its been more than 14days and no action has been taken all the advisor that i spoke to where not helpful advisor pooja and dinesh that i spoke to disconneted the call on me i called tikona on 25th august 2012 atleast 7-8n times and not action has been taken .I am very disappointed with the service that tikona has provided.I would like TRAI to take action against them as i will also be filing a case against tikona as per consumer protection act
