on 7/7/2010 i tried for cash withdrawal Ballygunge(dabur park) ATM ID NO S1CN 00001839,entd. my pin no.but txn was failed, screen was not in order.
then i entd. my pin no in another ATM ID No.S1AN00001824 ( in same room) and drawn Rs. 10,800/-and got printed advice showing closing balance of Rs. 9078.83. As the balance was in order I left the counter.
on 11/7/2010 I went to another SBI ATM Counter for mini statement and seen that two debits in my account one for Rs. 10800 and then another for Rs 9000/- ( Pl. note that I have not recd Rs. 9000/-) I have lodged complaint with police station as well as SBI Jadavpur university branch on 15 th July 2010,for cctv footage for the said txn.) 15 days has gone but no reply from SBI????
