Bad Service for the product by authorized service centre.

I had submitted my mobile to above mentioned authorized service centre for software update and resolving an issue in that handset, but when I got my handset back, some additional problem were creeped in the handset due to which I submitted the handset back to them again, the same day. Now it is about one and a half month and my handset is still with them. The phone is so disturbed right now, that they have to change the mother board of that handset till today.I could not get any response from them. I purchased that handset about four months ago which include one and a half month of the phone with them without giving equivalent standby set to me. I had wasted my most of time for waiting and quering for their responses about my handset which harrased me a lot during my exams. I bought that phone for my help during preparation of exams but I was unable to do so because of such a behaviour from the Sony Company. Now, I claim new replaced handset and compensation of my mental harrasement which I suffered. Kindly look into the matter and help me.
