HI I am Brijesh Arora from lucknow (Uttar Praesh).Actually my 2 voltas refrigerators
was not working, i have called up to a authorized service center of voltas to get repair,they repaired & charged 6000/-,But within a week both refrigerators reached at same condition as before.Again I have called up,after many calls they sent a Engineer,asked need to
send again,sent.they promised to return within 6 days. But last 15 days has been past but they didn’t repaired,when ever i called i get only 1 reply that is, they are sending today.I have send a mail also regarding this painful story to service center,but no action has been taken.
This is very bad experience for us with VOLTAS.
Kindly Look into this & take action against this.
