Name of company/service: THE SANCHAR COURIERS
Have booked a consignment in “THE SANCHAR COURIER” from Hyderabad to Mumbai and the value of the documents is around RS.30,000/-.
Have asked them very clearly before i book the consignment whether, i can get an acknowledgement copy after the delivery and the person said that, i will get it for sure after 5days.
I have sent it on 9th June 2012 and till date i have not received the acknowledgment copy/Delivery confirmation.when checked with the courier staff, they says that the consignment is delivered but was delivered late due there staff inefficiency.
However, when checked with my counter part at Mumbai they says that they did not receive the documents till now.
Have even spoken to the Manager Director of the courier company but its of no use.
My documents which costs Rs.30,000/- are missing now.
