BAD SERVICE OF TATA DOCOMO

Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

I am using tata docomo..i am charged rs 1 for every sms i am doing..i already recharged with rs.129(it gives promo like call rate cutter,and sms pack which gives free 98 sms daily for 6 mnths)..then why this??this is happening for 3 days..when i call customer care they say they are busy attending others..dnt i pay then y this is happening??

  1. same condition for me too. i had put sms booster two days before which includes local and national sms, but they r charging 1 rupee for local and 1.5 rs for national sms ๐Ÿ™
    when i called customer care( only after 3 minutes waiting), they r telling like tariff plans has changed like that.. irritating.. :@

    sir ,

    i K. Rama krishna using mb no’s 8121234747,8121234848(Acc no 909924205) for the past one year .in the month of November bill i had found Wrong billing worth of Rs 966/- for usage of tata docomo dive in services, down loading of applications etc.. i had not used that services,and i lodged complaint to customer care and they said that they have the right to waive up to Rs 700 only. ( interaction no 730893877). i was not satisfied with that amount and i raised complaint for waiver of Rs 966 which was the wrong billing amount(complaint no 338560507) after continues followup some one called to me and they said that they can only waive amount of Rs 500 only and they forced to pay the total bill and i had refused it.
    so i hope u can do the needful to rectify it.

    Call was made to you on given number but number was busy. Hence, As per your complaint bearing number 338560507 our concerned team already spoke to the you and informed that there is no wrong billing and customer charged correctly as per the services and also Rs.300 has been waived as goodwill.

    There is no balance deduction of Rs. 1/- found in the account for outgoing SMS. You are being charged as per SMS pack.
