I have a 4 year AMC with Godrej Appliances for two split A/C. The contract explicitly states that there would be 3 services per year per A/C. Instead of 12 services; I received only 8 services from the commencement date of contract. Despite numerous calls to complain about no proactive visits by technicians; the deficit in the services rendered is not being covered.
