Very bad service….never call back in case there is an error to place an order……talk very rudely with the customers

I am samarth from pune.I had placed a pizza order from pizza hut.They took my contact number and said me to wait till they send an email to the pizza hut outlet.After waiting for 5 minutes they say that there was an error in placing an order and they will send an email to the outlet to call me back and take my order.I was waiting for they call but they never bothered to call me back.Over and above they are fooling there customers by making false claims that they have sent an email to the pizza outlet
