Bad service by Idea Cellular

CPS shapers have purchased 21 mobile Sim cards for Company use in September 2013. All employees /staff/management using the Sim cards are facing problems for over last 08 months due to weak signal & loss of signals. The sad part is that e-mails addressed to various Idea representative have never been responded nor verbal complaint on the below mentioned Mobile No. in respect of idea representatives/ Sales Manager/Area Managers / Management have responded :-

You are requested to please address the issue as breakdown in communication adversely effects the functioning of the company and completely break down the nervous system of the organization at a critical juncture.
