I’m Anurag Bhasin age 29 Residing in WZ 470a, Ground Floor Backside Entry Street No 25,Shiv Nagar New Delhi 110058 i want to forward a complaint against Vodafone Netcruise my netcruise number is 8459547598 i buy this on dated 4th-march-2012 with the commitment that the services will be a better service from our Vodafone 3G net services and this number will be activated in max 3 days but my activation done on 13th-march-2012 false commitment done from the customer care people till today on 10th-june-2012 i forwarded many-many complaints regarding browsing and downloading of net speed and the most for BILL from march to till date I’m waiting for BILLS not received any bills from march and called customer care many time for the problems and from the march month I’m getting collection calls from vodafone netcruise only for the bill amount not for solution and from march I’m making the payment without bills I’m been charged late fees and been harassed for rs 86.00 only received the call on 10th-june-2012 from collection agency Honour Voice from the number 9873151774 caller name annu and she’s been rude and just asking for 86 rupee only and my due date is on 18-june-2012 i paid rs 1700 in the month of May-2012 in advance for the month of june-2012 Vodafone has charged late payment twice according to netcruise customer care people i visit 3 times Vodafone store for the same but no resolution given to me, I request consumer court please take some action on Vodafone netcruise every month I’m getting collections calls without bill I’m making payments and no actions has been taken so far on my complaints i want Vodafone should punish for this harassment I’m using others numbers also of Vodafone same billing problem on the 2 others number I give written application with new address proof for change of address on my others numbers but no action has taken so far, Respected sir\ma’am I want Vodafone should be penalized for all this problems I faced from march-2012 my personal contact number is 9899052694 I always pay my bills of all numbers before the due date.!
