Myselft Nitesh Kumawat from Mumbai, Maharastra.
I have bought a tikona broadband connection (bill plan of 1 MBPS)on 30/04/2011 from local tikona team. At the time of DEMO they checked me with speed of 900/1000 kbps by their demo id so i bought connection but when my id was activated speed was really very poor. I was just getting a speed of 100/200 kbps only. so i called customer care executive and they said “your new id take few days to startup completely.
But after a couple of week there were no improvement in the speed. I complainted so many times in customer care but no response were there.
After couple of month TIKONA was claiming to pay due bill Rs 2200 for a month, but due to non-use of internet i have refused to pay. And they disconnected my internet.
And now after 20 months, today i received a call from DELHI HIGH COURT (07838597555) that tikona digital logged a file in court with IPC 420,402,403. They told me to pay 4460.00 with late charges.
Sir please suggest me what to do. I reminded so many times to telecom company for bad network speed but no action was taken. And now they doing this.
