Hello,
This regarding Airtell DTH customer bad response & Negligence after sales service.
I used to speak with customer care representative I logged complaint against my DTH on 6th of july 2012 but engineer won’t come and speaks bad words to me..

They have keep promise me that person will come but no one come to my residence
Please take strict action against them

It shows that:
-Negligance after getting the money.
-No responsibility at all.
Then why they are serving???
