Bad service

Hello sir/madam
I am very dissatisfied and feel fraudulently from airtel netwotk service. I recharged for internet and calling service every month but sometimes its not work sometime it’s work. I complaint to airtel costumer care they say you have no problem in your network and Internet is 100% working in your area. When i go home inside then internet and calling is drop but only its work outside. Please sir do something about this matter.
