bad service

Name of company/service: htc mobile

sir my name is shalinder mehta.i purchase a mobile phone of htc company from sector 22 chandigarh.from starting phone gave me probelm so i submitted my phone to service centre name (redington india ltd.sco -5, 20 d chandigarh)they told me that phone come within 10 days.after 10 days when i go to service centre to collect my device,they said your phone was come but back pannel of mobile left in gurgaun service centre. And come within 4 days ,after 4 days when i go to service centre they said your mobile back pannel not come .sir from 27 september 2012 they give me only dates .so its a hummble request please intrefare in matter because today 1 month complete to deposit my set in service centre .
