BAd response from customer Care and service centre

Dera Sir,

Im a customer of Reliance Infocomm and have an landline connection (04743222369) at home. its been two years now and we have already lodged 3 complaints due to handset problem. The handset gets off frequently and everytime we contact the webworld they will replace the charger.Now again its repeated. when we contacted the nearest webworld, they asked us to contact the service centre and gave us the contact number 9388891118. I had been following up in this service number for a week and the service person is ignoring and moreover he is mocking . he is telling that its a common issue with the handset and he is not responsible for it ..Even though the handset is off we have been charged for all these days.
we have lost many important calls, for instance I lost one job, as when Hr called for verification the landline phone was off.
Its very bad the sercice people of reliance infocomm are not taking any responsibility to solve our problem , other than that they are irritating and mocking the customer
