21st june 2014 i submitted my set xolo q800 in sector-34, durga comm. chandigarh. for repair may mobile set. but due to hardware problem they send my set in delhi xolo company for repiar and they said to me the set will return within 10-15 days..but now these time passed and now this is end of 4th week of July..i call many time in sector-34 durga comm. chandigarh and delhi service centre but only one responce that your set is under repair..and saying that the repairable accessories is not available..how it is possible..they produce many set in one day..but one set they cant repiar..now thoo late and saying same wrdng your set is under repair..
please help me sir…i want my set urgently i m facing many problem due to unavailabilty of my set…i brought this set in oct. 2013 on EMI…COST OF MOBILE …Rs. 10500/-
