Bad quality products and poor services of Godrej

Name of company/service: godrej India Ltd

Dear sir/Mam,
I purchased a Rafgritor Godrej Pentacool from Ballabgarh(Faridabad)(Haryana) in 2007.After one year it starts complaining of poor cooloing.
Several times we call to customer care of company, the engineer comes and asked for the charges wihout giving permanent solution.the Company respond time is very slow.I also lodged a complaint at [email protected] but no one ave the response.
Now we are completly fade up with the product,compnay and its services.
Now i want to lodge my complaint into Consumer Forum/Court against the company.

Kindly do the needful.

    My name is Pankaj Gola and I purchased a Godrej eon washing machine in Nov 2015 and offered me 2year warranty and in July 2017 my washing machine is not working and I am complaining Godrej smart care and customer care and service center but nobody listening my problems and they are giving me a any kind of service plz help me.
