Bad quality product by Tata Voltas negative rating

I have brought voltas 1.5T window AC, Model#185 DZA, white 4 days before. The functions of the Ac is not fully operational. By continuous followup with voltas there techinician came after 3 days and just seen the ac and said that the function which are not working does not belong to this model. I have shown the instruction manual given with the ac unit that the option is operational. then he started arguing and left. Then on second day I called the regional manager as per the technician and he said that I have to wait for atleast 15 days for that and I I want to say this to anyone suoerior in voltas then I can say. You can just Imagine that how the voltas representative behaves. Now I resumed that buying voltas is my big fault and I have to pay for my fault. these indian brands manufacturers don’t respond after sales activities. they just know to sale by giving false statement.i really got very embarresed buying voltas product and advice everyone not to buy this voltas.
