I have purchased woodland shoes from woodland showroom in airoli navi mumbai on 13th may 2012. i have purchased the shoes for Rs.2895/-.
i wore these shoes for office hardly 2-3 days a week for almost 2 months.
i go by car to office so there is not much of traveling or walking. after 2 months one of the laceholders from the right shoes came off. and another came off from left shoe after a few days. the design of the shoes is such that the laceholes are ribetted in the shoe and are made of plastic. i have approached the woodland shop and they offerd to repair it for free . i am not happy with the quality of the woodland shoes and i am sure all of the laceholes will come off from the ribetted portion. it is a problem with the design of the shoe.
i have outdoor shoes of other compny called “lotto” which i am using for past 4 years and they are still intact . i used my older outdoor shoes in rain,mudd, in coal mines and also in the snow in russia. and i had purchased the old shoes for half the price of woodland. my old shoes are still intact as compared to woodland shoes whcih got damaged with just normal office wear.
can you please hlep me to get my money refund ?
