Bad Quality Furniture

Sir,

I bought furniture from a manufacturer based in Jodhpur called Induscraft in january 12.
1. The furniture came almost after six month after repeated calls.
2. The quality of furniture is so bad that wood is now chipping off.
3. Gradually gaps are coming in the Table.
4. There is no finishing in the furniture.

I spoke to the proprieter and he said he will get it repaired or we can return it. (there is no scope for repair)

As per the return policy, we have to bear the cost of sending the furniture back.

I need your kind advsie please.

I am quite harrased by this person.
