I have buy a shose from bata.date of purched-29-5-12 and article no-84104932amd I m start wearing the shose on 25th june because in this date marrige of my brother .7 th of july I m go to kashmeer . When I m return on date-15th july .then I m starting wearing the shose in daily , my shose shole is broken nd I m go bata store .register complain on 23th Aug. He,s is not responce my complain . After 15 days .bata india sent me mail agesnt my complain no- 2012063281 . That bata,s product is very gud ,nd this damage is accidentel , so he,s no repair or no replace .. Bt u see that whole shole pasteing is breack, finly I want to say that please solve my problem,as soon as possible .alredy waste my 25 days, no action by bata india … I think they r all guys lazy man.and only make a fook of custmar .. They r thief.bad manners ..
