BAD INTERNET SERVICE

My account number is ******* This is regarding the disconnection of my internet every alternate days. Instead of complaining 1000 times your executives make false promises of sending their engineers to my place to detect the problem, they seem least bothered to resolve the queries, I must have spent 1000Rs. only on phone calls for my net connection. Is this the kind of service they provide? When it comes to renewal of service, they are behind our lives calling so many times for the payment, once the payment is done, they seem least interested looking at the problems of the customers. My entire work is based on internet, it is because of their third class net connection that I had to purchase a dongle. I am really disappointed with their services. Because its not just once or twice, BUT hell lot of times I am facing this issues.
