Bad hotel Service Provided To Make My Trip.com

Location/place: Nasik/Maharashtra

Name of company/service: Make My Trip

This to inform you, we booked room on line booking by Make My Trip.Com.
I am very dissatisfied with the service provided by the hotel. the
room were very dirty, bathroom was not clean, bucket was fully
damaged, loads of dust found in the room, Ashtray was not cleaned,room side corner was not clean,
staff behaviour was very unpleasant , torned linen used in the room,
spots in bed linen. Room Service was very slow and food was not
available on next running order.Room service Person told me kitchen are closed.The walls were cracked , the crockery provided
was very dirty. All this complaint has been made to Mr.Sachin on Front
Desk and also notified to make my trip customer executive compliant Ms.Manpreet and Mr,Nikhil from Make My Trip. compliant Ref. ID 120728028156.
The room no in which i stayed was 109 & 110. The Hotel name was New
Holiday Plaza, Nasik.BOOKING ID :- NH210282063619, make my trip extra bed charges Rs. 500+Taxes & Hotel charges Rs.250+Taxes. I can’t understand charges. I wait for response to make my trip.com & bad service provide to hotel, we shot the video for bed service’s. my family are very up set. we pay for money & this type of service provided to make my trip.com, I am very up set.
You guys have ruined my holy trip.
