Dear Sir,
I have purchased Nokia mobile (C2-06)) on dated 26 fab 2012, on 2 Aug. morning i found that the screen of the mobile has been hanged with a spot at the middle of the screen. I have visited many times at Nokia care & wrote so many mails regarding the repairing of my phone under warranty but the people at Nokia care asking me rs 1850 for the repairing of phone however it is under warranty. They are telling me that moisture (due to my sweat) has been inserted in my mobile while i was talking on phone. This shows that the manufacturing of the product has been done so carelessly that even a person’s sweat can harm the touch of the screen.
Kindly do the needful & provide me with the solution.
