This is to bring to your notice that I ordered a shoe (catwalk women 5), order number being YBH1878380 on the 6th of June, the product was delivered but somehow the fit/size was not correct. I asked Yebhi to replace the same. The product was picked up by Blue dart, and the replacement order was placed on the 20th of June, order number being YRO1917937. It has been a month since then, I haven’t received the purchase. I am tired of calling yebhi again and again, with no response from the other end. They assured me that the refund voucher would reach my account within 24/48 hrs, but it’s hilarious, it has been 2 weeks since then and I haven’t seen a penny in my account!Can you please look into the matter at the earliest
