It is really been a very frustrating experience from Airtel DTH service.I am
suffering from no signal error (Error# B001) since last few days. On last
24/02/2015 I reported the issue and a raised a ticket (Ref.no.
42792572) for the same, but unfortunately no body came till 25/02/201. Next day
(26/02/2015), when one of the customer care agents contacted me I reported the
same and she again raised another ticket (Ref.no. 428205564) for my problem.
On 27/02/2015 morning one service man came but left the place without servicing the
issue. He didn’t do anything as the antenna installed over a place was
difficult to climb.
I am really surprised and not getting a point that, this antenna initially was
fitted by Airtel Service Engineer only, that time neither I told him to fit it
over that place nor I provided him any logistic. That time he did all by
himself only, why this time this serice man is denying to climb ?
On 27/02/2015 I have written a mail to their customer care unit (121) and till now didn’t get any service.
