Very bad customer service

Hi,

I contacted DISH TV customer care as I got the problem with my dish tv(alignment). They said they are going to charge 150/- and 12% service charge.

But the technician is demanding extra 50/- for petrol charges. When I questioned why do i need to pay money for their petrol they are telling that free service will be provided only with in 5KM of the major cities and if it more than that they will charge extra 50/- for the petrol

I am not at all happy with the way they are charging.

Dear DISH TV if above is the case please sell the DISH DTH’s with in major cities. Don’t sell out side the major cities.
