I have been following up with indusind bank for my genuine complaint since June 30 2015. I use a Indusind bank credit card and in my card i have buy 1 get 1 free movie ticket offer in spi cinemas website, chennai. I used my card and booked 2 tickets on June 29/30 and i got 1 ticket free as per my mail confirmation from spi cinemas. However my card has been charged fully with out the offer. I forwarded the mail from spi cinemas to the bank customer care mail id on June 30 and stated that i am given 1 ticket free as per the mail but my card was charged fully. They said they will check and update me. They never called me. I kept calling their customer care several times and finally on August 7th 2015 i got a mail from them stating that i will get the refund in 4 working days. But till now i have not got the refund and when i called their customer care they keep giving me ticket numbers for my complaint but not resolving the same. I have called them almost 10 times during this 2 months and sent several reminder emails for the same. But they have not taken it appropriately and till now also i have not got a call from them stating why it is getting delayed. Can you guys please help me? I want some kind of a compensation from the bank as a punishment for their such a pathetic service. On top of all, my issue is also still unresolved. So i want my issue also to be resolved.
