bad condition of electicity

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: barh&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: electricity board</p>i am a teacher and live in barh district patna of state bihar . here condition of electricity is very bad . only 6-7 hours out of 24 hours electrivity is provided in this area which made our life very diffficult . so i request to verify the electricty conssumption and problems and provide us a better livilihood.
