Bad behaviour by store staff

Name of company/service: Nilgiris Supermarket, Ramapuram

I have visited nilgiris,Prime Partnets
No.5/44 Valluvar Salai,ramapuram,chennai today and had the worst experience ever in nilgiris. After shopping and making payment at the counter, one of the attendent asked that she wanted to check my purse. Seeing a Fogg deo she claimed that we have taken it from the store and din’t make the payment. I showed her that the deo bottle is almost empty and is mine.

She checked other items like cream etc. in my bag and left.

Few minutes later one more person called us inside to store saying that the store manager wants to meet us .

The store manager showed us a video claiming that we are spraying the deo on us but when i saw the video, I could barely recognise if I am spraying it.

Store manager said that why they are cross-checking because the store keeper have earlier observed that I have “stolen” boitic products from the store.

I was totally shocked with this blame as I could never imagine myself stealing anything from a store.

We had to undergo mental torture and round of arguments with the store manager when she finally let us move out of the store.

As I am a regular customer of nilgiris, Valluvar Salai,ramapuram,chennai , it was really disgusting that the staff & manager blamed us. We would like to mention that we are working women from a well reputed family and can never do such attempts of stealing items from a store.

Anyways this was my last visit to any nilgiris store in the city and request you to train the staff to behave with manner and not to blame innocent customers so that Nilgiris doesn’t loses more customers in future.
