I am manikandan from chennai. 2 month ago i gone through an Ad regarding job consulting. I called then and told my qualification in SAP. they replied me that i am having a very good profile and they do having 5-10 immediate openings for SAP. So they asked me to approach them on the same day to pick the offer. So i approached them on the same day by avoiding my family function. After approaching them in person they asked me to pay Rs.100 for registration and to fill the particulars on a form. In the application form they mentioned the registration fee is non refundable. Once after the payment of Rs.100, again they asked me to pay Rs.2000 as a processing fee. I hesitated to pay the amount since it is very huge for me. Then they ask me to pay on the same day to pick the SAP offers. THEY (HR Mrs. VAIDHEGI) TOLD ME THAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PROPER OFFER, THEY WILL REFUND THE AMOUNT OF RS.1500 by TAKING RS.500 AS A SERVICE CHARGE. So i struggled a lot and paid the money on the same day. On the next day of payment, they said for that they did not received any confirmation from the company side. So before that you can attend an interview for HR generalist. I said i need only SAP jobs, where i can get HR or admin jobs very easily. They pushed me by telling that those company will use SAP and if u try to attend the interview we can push you inside the company in SAP. So i went and attended the interview. After reaching the company, HR told me that they are looking for 7-8 years and iam not qualified. So i called them to inform them about the status of the interview. From that day they did not even respond my calls or emails. They have changed the existing contact numbers. So went directly and approached them and asked why they are not picking my calls and not responding me. They simply telling me that i did not followed them after the interview. And one of their employee told that i am not picking the call and responding their emails. but they did even called or emailed me after till now. And they started changing their words they told before. Now they are telling that they cannot refund anything, Mrs. Vaidhegi is in leave for 3 months, you can come after 3 months OR you can do what ever you want. We printed the registration form with a help of an advocate. so you cannot claim the amount of Rs.2000. Yesterday one of the executive named (SARANYA) told me, “Go and do what ever you want, you cannot do us anything”. Please help me what we can do further to avoid this fraudulent activities people like me.
